I love planning baby showers. I think mostly because I couldn't attend my own and I went into labour. I also get to see the love and joy on the mom's face, sometimes mom and dad. My happy place used to be in the kitchen. It was my way of coping with the stressful situations around me. When the few loyal, what many call, clients I call family and friends request baked goods and cooked food. I pour my heart and soul into all that I do. I was honoured to be a part of this special event.

Making your own crumbed chicken strips proves to be a bit of a tedious task or what I would call a labour of love. The end result is so satisfying.
