A quick reminder: respect the space.

The driver of this BMW decided to use our parking lot for donuts. This kind of behaviour is not welcome at 363, and the vehicle will not be welcome back on the property. The licence plate has also been forwarded to GSPS.

We’re car enthusiasts too. We love cars, we love driving them, and we’re all for having some fun, but there’s a time and place for it.

We do not condone or promote reckless driving on public roads or in parking lots, especially on property we share with our neighbours.
