From Con Chairs

In light of the substantial volume of testimonies and evidence that has emerged, we recognize the need for more decisive action. We are committed to adhering to established protocols and the conventions regulations. It is important to inform our loyal attendees that a particular guest who has risked the safe environment during this years events will no longer be permitted to attend any future Anime Crossroads events or activities.

Safety, inclusivity, and fun are our highest priorities. We take our responsibility as a venue and social hub seriously and strive to make decisive and informed action, as hasty decisions without proper evidence may cause significant repercussions. Please understand that our processes are designed to ensure thoroughness and consideration, which will require some time.

We extend our gratitude to those who have shared their experiences with us. Making difficult decisions, such as restricting attendance, is never taken lightly. If you ever feel unsafe or have concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to a staff member or contact us directly via email.

We are dedicated to fostering a welcoming environment as we care about every single one of our attendees. We will continue to do our best to improve our event each year, during the last weekend of February as well as throughout the other 362 days.
If any new developments unfold, we will be sure to provide necessary information in a timely manner.

We were able to get in contact with the attendee's family. If they come in 2026 it would be with a full time caretaker. We do listen, we do care, and we are trying our best.
