There’s a unique rhythm to this city that speaks directly to my soul. Although I wasn’t born here, Bologna welcomed me with open arms, making me feel truly at home among its endless porticos and warm, terracotta hues. To me, every street corner feels like a verse from a Lucio Dalla song, vibrant, poetic, and deeply authentic.
This is exactly how I approach my photography.
I don’t believe in stiff poses or “look at the camera” moments. My style is spontaneous and poetic: I prefer to capture what naturally unfolds. We will simply take a walk, explore the hidden gems of the city, and I will be there to document your connection.
The way the light filters through an archway, a shared laugh, or that quiet, subtle way you hold hands, these are the moments that matter.
I’m looking for couples who want to experience Bologna not just as a backdrop, but as a feeling. Whether you are here for a weekend getaway or a life-changing proposal, I want to tell your story exactly as it is. No filters, just soul.

During the getting ready, it doesn’t matter where I am.
I surrender to the details, the smallest gestures, the soft pauses, the quiet emotions unfolding in the room.

I observe everything that happens around you and beyond you:
someone having lunch on a terrace in a historic building in the heart of Rome,
light moving across the walls, life continuing gently outside the window.

Every gesture, every glance, every seemingly insignificant moment becomes part of the story.
This is my approach to your wedding day, the same spirit I carry when I step out with my camera and wander through the city, guided by curiosity and feeling.

Because romance lives in the details,
and the most beautiful stories are made of moments that breathe.

Yesterday, under falling snow, I stepped outside with my camera, not my Canon but my pretty small ricoh.
I crossed silent, snow-covered parks and familiar streets transformed into something new.
Snow has this quiet magic: it makes us all a little more childlike.
It brings back that sense of wonder that, as adults, we often forget and that seems to return only when everything slows down and turns white.
This is one of the many reasons why I love Bologna.
Because it offers stories everywhere, especially when you are willing to walk, observe, and truly see.

Photography, for me, is exactly this: going out, paying attention, and telling what happens around us, even (or especially) in the simplest moments.

As Henri Cartier-Bresson once said:
«To photograph is to put on the same line of sight the head, the eye and the heart.»

Yesterday, in the snow, Bologna did just that.
Yesterday, walking through the snow, I found myself looking more slowly, more gently, a little bit like Luigi Ghirri would have done: searching for meaning in quiet places, and beauty in what is already there.

Soon, I’ll be diving headfirst into new, exciting projects, carrying with me this sense of calm and inspiration. These quiet moments of pause are where ideas are born, where stories begin to take shape before turning into images of love, places, and emotions.

I truly love creating images for wedding brands — especially when it comes to bridal gowns and timeless details. There’s something deeply inspiring about telling love stories through fabrics, movement, and light.

What I adore even more is doing it in quiet, off-season places: deserted beaches, soft skies, and that feeling of stillness that lets emotions breathe. These locations add an authentic, intimate atmosphere that feels honest and effortlessly romantic.

For me, photography is about capturing elegance in simplicity, and finding beauty where silence meets style.

There’s something incredibly beautiful about saying “I do” during the coldest season of the year. The soft light, the crisp air, and the cozy atmosphere create an intimacy that feels timeless and romantic. Snow (or even just winter light) becomes the perfect backdrop, turning every moment into something poetic.

Winter weddings invite elegance—long sleeves, delicate lace, warm textures, and candles glowing against neutral tones. They feel slower, more intentional, wrapped in warmth and meaning. It’s a season that celebrates closeness, love, and the beauty of sharing warmth when the world outside is quiet.

There’s nothing quite like winter to remind us that love itself is the warmest thing of all 🤍✨

This summer, I had the honor of working alongside on a few of his weddings, moments made of collaboration, trust, and shared vision.

During one of those days, on a warm late-summer afternoon, I captured this portrait of Stefano.

I was crossing the courtyard of Masseria Potenti, taking care of some details, when I saw him standing there, quietly waiting for the guests to gather for the group photos. A pause. A breath. A moment suspended between one story and the next.

It’s always surprising how a single frame, stopping only an instant, can hold so much. Looking at it again, I can remember the light, the heat, the rhythm of the day and that silent focus that lives behind every wedding, unseen but deeply felt.

For me, this is what photography is really about: presence, connection, and memory.

Walking alongside photographers I admire, blending my way of seeing with theirs, is something I carry with deep gratitude. Because some images don’t just document a moment, they allow us to return to it, again and again. 🤍
