Our version of the 18.2 (Part A)workout
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 Reps for Time of:
Double Squat (2 x 22.5kg)
Bar(hurdle)-facing Burpees.
Time: 11:25. It was my first attempt at a workout like this and I felt it!!
