After 10 years of building a business around my own name, I’m realizing there’s a difference between being a chef and being a business owner. Lately, that shift has meant more time at the computer — branding, systems, and business development — and a little less time just cooking.

Going back through client emails this year was a good reminder that growth is happening, even when it doesn’t always feel obvious day to day. Still cooking, still love it — just working on building something bigger than myself.
