My ultimate dream? Tomorrowland Mainstage? A worldwide number one hit? Nope! You know what I really want to achieve? That you, dear readers, still won’t have forgotten me in 50 years.

I can picture it perfectly: you and a friend in the retirement home, sipping coffee (or maybe a drink), reminiscing about the good old days. One of you starts talking about all the parties you went to. Reverze, Defqon… or just a simple village festival in the town square under the church tower.

Forgotten stories resurface: dancing half-naked on the bar, kissing a beautiful (or not so beautiful) girl… and then someone suddenly says:
“What was the name of that bald DJ again? The one with the smiley and the jumpstyle music? Oh right, Pat B! That was always a blast!”

Moments later, music starts playing in the retirement home: the Reverze Flashback from 2022 or something like that. Until a nurse walks in, asking politely if it could please be turned down.

If that’s the legacy I leave behind, then I’ll be the happiest DJ on earth.
