Mara & Rossin’s love story began years ago, but their forever story started on Monday, May 6th, 2024! Their wedding was definitely one for the books. Mara stunned in a 2 piece wedding dress, and Rossin was dapper as always in a blue three piece suit. They made Drumore Mill the starting point of their forever story, and the location did not disappoint! I truly adore this couple and can’t wait for further life milestones with them!!!

Another year, another appreciation post. This year is different though. There were four people who pretty much defined the way I worked weddings this year. I want to thank my bestie, the amazingly talented Carrie Kizuka. You have been such an incredible friend, mentor, and inspiration year after year. I can’t wait see where the next several years take us as friends, and wedding photographers. I also want to thank my great friend and the other half of my mentor team Scott Josuweit. You hold me accountable to myself and inspire me to be a better photographer and business owner. You are one of my greatest cheerleader’s and I find myself lucky to call you my friend. I want to thank my rockingly talented brother Warren North for always being my cheerleader, and having so much faith in me. You take chances in me where others may not and that means the world to me! Your energy inspires me to embrace the quirkiness that is me.
And lastly, I want to thank my brother Tommy Sisbarro for making me a part of the Forever North Family. You put so much faith in me every single day to represent your brand in the same way you would. I hope that I never let you down.
All four of you play such an integral part of my life, both through our friendships, as well as in our respective businesses.
Of course it takes a village to raise a child, and since I’m such a big man child, I have so many more people to shout out!

Discarding the politics of the issue, it confounds me that people are so against the idea of climate change and its' principles. Let's be realistic here for a moment people, if you pollute and destroy this planet that we have been given (by God, or natural selection, or whatever you choose to believe), then common sense tells us that it will no longer be able to sustain life. Why is that such a tough truth to grasp? Yes, climate change is cyclical. Yes, there has been global warming throughout the Earth's history. And yes, ice ages are a normal occurrence of climate change. I'm not arguing that. What I am arguing is that, we as a species, think it is ok to pollute and desecrate our planet. No other species in 5 billion years has been hell bent on destroying this planet, and just not caring. We are supposed to be the superior species, but we sure as hell don't act like it! Why do we not care if the planet can sustain humanity in the future? If you trash your house and refuse to maintain it, it becomes unlivable. Your municipality will condemn your house! How long before planet Earth becomes OUR condemned house?
Stop making this about politics or religion...it's NOT! It's about what we can do to be good stewards of the incredible planet we are lucky enough to inhabit. Let's get our collective heads out of our asses and do something about it!!!

And in all honesty, even if you don't believe in climate change, you should believe in humanity's ability to pollute our planet to the point of being unable to sustain life.
