The new (and not-so-new) tunes I picked up in May. This starts out with super-hype tear-out breaks and funky beats, switches down into some grinding dubstep, and finishes off with about an hour of progressive breaks and electronica (to give you the feels n stuff).

Twitch was having some issues last night (people in chat reported buffering and stream outages, even though OBS showed no dropped frames). It may have affected my viewership juuuust a little bit 😂🤦🏻‍♂️

To be certain… THURMIX is not dependent on any streaming platform. Thursdays happen whether or not the internet works and, as long as I’m able, I will use that night to mix up some tunes!

Third time was a charm on this mix... The first two times I attempted to mix the new tunes I picked up in April I would either have sloppy, beat-slapping transitions or I would mix myself into a corner (leaving no suitable "next song"). This, the third attempt, came out much cleaner and more cohesive. It starts off (as is often the case) with some heavy hitting uk bass and 2-step breaks, picks up the energy a tick with some funky beats before, at the midpoint of the mix, transitioning into deeper beats, progressive breaks and electronica.
