Wine Bar & Tapas Manager (Solo Operator) – Silves
Ideal Profile:
We are looking for an autonomous and versatile professional to manage and operate, on a solo basis, a wine and tapas space.
The successful candidate will be the "face" of the project, combining service, management, and hospitality skills.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Solid background in the restaurant industry and the ability to manage both the counter and tables simultaneously (solo operation). Note: Additional staff will be brought in for specific events.
Wine & Gastronomy: Knowledge of wines, tapas pairing, and HACCP standards.
Management: Autonomy in stock control, purchasing from local suppliers, invoicing (POS), and space maintenance/cleaning.
Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory (other languages are a plus).
Logistics: Must reside in Silves or surrounding areas, have a private vehicle, and total flexibility regarding schedules (including Saturdays). Days off: Sundays and Mondays
What we are looking for: Someone proactive, organized, and with excellent communication skills to build loyalty among both local customers and tourists.
Salary Proposal + Incentives: To be defined.
