As we arrive at the first harvest of our gardens and meadows, we hope you are feeling the abundance of this peak summer season all around you. Take care of yourself with cooling waters, outdoor play and lots of sunshine. The Trailhouse teachers welcome you to add the inspiration of class to your mix as well.

July is here with all its sunny invitations and options to connect with friends and nature. Enjoy getting outside and remember the option to go to the calm and peace of your personal practice too. Yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound baths and karate workouts are all here for you to reconnect with yourself - right in the middle of your summer flow. You're worth it.

Welcome June! As you enjoy the beautiful diversity of weather and opportunities this season, keep in mind the lovely offerings of The Trailhouse that bring balance, calm and inspiration. Take note in particular the unfolding of the First Annual Speranza Music Festival in Custer and Rapid City, featuring award-winning musicians sharing their gifts of beautiful chamber music.
The Trailhouse Concert is Friday, June 7, 7pm.

May's sunny days in between the windy wet ones spark anticipation of finally being warm outside. The invitations to get out there will grow like the greening grass. Spring trails may meander through home gardens or to pretty picnics or hidden fishing holes. May you welcome back the flowers around you with each mindful breath.
