The elves are ready and looking forward to welcoming you all to the grotto in the Glen. Unfortunately the photo box couldn’t get here due to the ice, but feel free to ask any elf to take a picture of you or your family. Looking forward to seeing you soon xx

Little update. As mentioned before, tonight’s event has had to be cancelled, the ice is terrible down here and is freezing over again as we speak. It would have been far too dangerous for your children to attend this evening so we had to make this difficult decision.
Unfortunately, we are fully booked every other day so We will be refunding all of tonight’s tickets. If we have not issued your refund by the end of the week, please contact us and we will do that for you.
Again, we can only apologise for this, but everybody’s safety is paramount.
We have had extra grit delivered for tomorrow so we are hopeful the rest of the days will continue as scheduled.

Hello everyone, we are aware that some of the island’s roads are in a bit of a state with the ice and frost. We are keeping our eye on the situation in Liason with the DOI and will make a decision on whether tonight’s grotto in the Glen can go ahead, by lunchtime today. Thank you for your understanding. 🧊 ❄️

Hello all. Grotto in the Glen starts a week tomorrow and we’re so excited to see you all there. Just some extra details about the event before it starts. We have a Santa’s post office available, so please remember to bring your letters to Santa to post in Santa’s post box. There will also be a festive shop selling hot chocolate cones and reindeer food for Christmas Eve as well as flashing wands and swords to add to the light show, We will have a card machine to pay as well as taking cash.
The lodge at Glen Helen will also have a food truck available in the car park to buy hot food including burgers and their amazing pulled pork burgers.
Car parking is very limited so please car share if you can and only arrive 5 minutes before your designated time to keep room for everyone that is coming.
Can’t wait to get the festivities started. See you all there 🎄 🎅 🌟
