Paws for thought 🐾

A lot of people ask me how long the process takes for dog paw casting?

The actual casting time of each paw is less than 2 minutes, sometimes less than 1 minute and as you can see with gorgeous Mollie here, it’s does not cause any stress, discomfort or concern for the dog.

We use seaweed based and natural products for the cast , therefore safe to the dog and we use vegetable oil on the paws, so each one comes out smoothly.

We also suggest you bring some of their favourite treats, which always helps them keep focused and calm.

Like our sandy footprints our pets don’t stay forever.

At Basire Casting we can cast your beautiful pooches, so you keep their memory alive and you can hold their paw every day.

All casts are mounted in a shadow box frame, colour of your choice. with a coloured mount of your choice and plaque of your dogs name and details. You can also add a photo to create a perfect keepsake.

It was an absolute honour and privilege to cast the wonderful Percy McIntosh.
A beautiful 15 year old whippet, with so much character and personality and who was such a big part of the family.

It’s so hard when you loose a furry friend, you have such a huge void in your life.
But find comfort that they have had such a good life with you, amazing adventures and loved very much.
Percy will be sorely missed but never forgotten.
