Busy few days during at a generally busy time of year! We catered a wedding for 100 for a lovely couple of newly weds in Wellington this weekend. It was a warm one and a great success! Always nice to see people enjoying themselves and having fun!! Huge thanks to the team for all their hard work this weekend!

In what's proving to be our busiest summer to date, it always nice to be able to help facilitate people having a nice time, this group of hens celebrated their friend at this lovely venue on the week🥂🍾

So in amongst the many other things we offer, breakfast/brunch is also one of them! We've had the pleasure of cooking breakfast the last few mornings for a lovely family that are on holiday in the UK from America.
It's always fun for us to do these kinds of bookings where you get a really pleasant vibe from your client, it makes it much more enjoyable for them and for us!

Here we have Eggs benedict with brown butter hollandaise and instead of the traditional ham, we did it with Somerset maple cured bacon... Salivating yet? 😂

A nice corporate one we did for last night.

Whether you're looking to host a meeting with lunch or dinner, finger food or something a bit more formal, we can cater for pretty much every possibility, even corporate bbq's!!

Pistachio praline & malted chocolate tart prep for the big corporate one we did this week, 130 tarts!!!! . For this one we used Valrhona Oqo 73% dark chocolate, incredible stuff!!! We then filled the tarts with a layer of pistachio praline for that super indulgence factor! As you can see, no cheaping out on ingredients here, just pure quality👌👌

A stunning venue, a lovely group of people for a hen party on the weekend and special request for something off menu and non dairy........Wye Valley asparagus, wild garlic & white bean hummus, chive oil and dressed wild garlic 👌

On tonight's menu.... The Wye Valley asparagus..... The good stuff, whilst we try our best to use as much local produce a possible, sometimes the quality of a product is just too good to not take advantage of, this is one of this instances!!!

No rest for the wicked as they say, straight back to it today! Home made, brownies, not only are they bordering on that point between cooked and super gooey (so you know they're good!) but they're gluten free AND vegan, a recipe we're quite proud of and one that seems to evolve a little over time!
