Starting January 15th, the will require proof of COVID-19 vaccination for guests attending events at the Hampshire House.

Please plan to show proof upon entry to the Hampshire House. Proof of vaccination can be done with:
*a CDC vaccination card
*a digital image of your CDC card
*an image of any official immunization record
*a City of Boston app or any other COVID vaccine verification app
