One of those weddings that just felt full of personality from beginning to end. Vy & Sean travelled from the US to celebrate in Hoi An, blending Vietnamese, German, and family traditions into a day that felt completely their own.

Their pre-wedding photos in áo dài around Hoi An were stunning, their close friend led the ceremony, and instead of just the classic kiss to seal the deal… they took two shots — Vietnamese rice wine for Vy and Jägermeister for Sean 🥃

One detail we especially loved was the live artist creating a piece during the wedding that thoughtfully included Vy’s late father, allowing him to still feel part of such an important moment in the day.

Still obsessed with this wedding and all the tiny details that made it so personal. From the explosion of colour and fruit-filled tables to the handcrafted touches and meaningful moments woven into the ceremony, this one felt completely unique to them.

We loved working with Yumi & Benny to blend elements of their Chinese and Jewish cultures with a dash of Viet Nam into a celebration that felt relaxed, joyful, and full of personality — exactly the kind of wedding guests talk about long after the flight home.

The ceremony began with Andrew’s dad playing the guitar while a close friend sang Yasmin down the aisle which was an unforgettable moment.
During cocktail hour, guests were welcomed by the beautiful sounds of traditional Vietnamese instruments, before the live band brought the energy into the night ✨

By the end of the evening, guests were singing along with the band, while customised shots added another personal touch to the night ✨
