Any culinary requests such as specific likes or dislikes, inclusion of home-grown ingredients and food allergy concerns will be considered by our personal chefs when planning the menu. Our chefs only buy ingredients that are both high-quality and fresh (never frozen) in order to maximize your dining pleasure. Preparing food that is both delicious and healthy is a priority for us, so we use non-GMO ingredients, including organic fruits and vegetables and free-range meats whenever possible. Chef Royale's mission is to introduce a wider variety of authentic foreign cuisines to Saigon in a luxurious manner.
