Job Descriptions:
• Working with client to get brief & collect enough information from client to execute the brief
• Together with team working with strategic team and creative team or other related departments to devise a campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget
• Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met (in execution process)
• Doing administrative works that relating to client service jobs

Job Requirements:
• At least 01 years working experience in Events
• Have experience to work for event/activation jobs is an advantage
• Have experience to work with clients is an advantage
• Solid knowledge & thorough understanding of Advertising Industry.
• Willing to learn attitude
• Good planning skill
• Good communication skill in English as well as Vietnamese
• Work in detail, on-time and careful
• Accept travel often

Mô tả công việc:
• Làm việc với khách hàng để nhận brief và thu thập các thông tin cần thiết từ khách hàng để tiến hành triển khai, lên ý tưởng và proposal
• Teamwork cùng các bộ phận khác như Bộ phận Sản xuất, Bộ phận Sáng tạo hoặc những bộ phận khác để đưa ra một chiến dịch đáp ứng được nhu cầu, thời gian cũng như ngân sách của khách hàng.
• Đàm phán với khách hàng, giải quyết những vấn đề liên quan và đảm bảo luôn đúng deadline với khách hàng (trong giai đoạn triển khai dự án).
• Làm các công việc giấy tờ liên quan đến dịch vụ khách hàng.

Yêu cầu:
• Có ít nhất một năm làm việc trong lĩnh vực event.
• Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong những dự án về event/ activation là một lợi thế.
• Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với khách hàng là một lợi thế.
• Vững kiến thức và am hiểu trong lĩnh vực quảng cáo.
• Luôn sẵn sàng học hỏi.
• Có kế hoạch, có sắp xếp tốt.
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt trong cả tiếng Việt lẫn tiếng Anh.
• Làm việc một cách chi tiết, cẩn thận và đúng giờ.
• Chấp nhận được việc di chuyển thường xuyên trong công việc.

- Phối hợp với bộ phân Account, Creative, Operations để brainstorm xây dựng ý tưởng cho chương trình
- Chịu trách nhiệm phát triển thiết kế 2D dựa trên ý tưởng đã xây dựng.

2. Kinh nghiệm/Kỹ năng chi tiết:
- Thành thạo các phần mềm : Photoshop, AI, Corel
- Có khả năng sáng tạo, tính thẩm mỹ tốt.
- Ưu tiên các bạn đang học hoặc tốt nghiệp từ chuyên ngành thiết kế, mỹ thuật, kiến trúc.

3. Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian cố định
4. Mức lương: thỏa thuận
- Lương tháng 13 và thưởng hàng năm dựa theo kết quả kinh doanh của công ty.
- Tham gia BHXH, bảo hiểm PVI và các chế độ nghỉ lễ, tết khác;
