Intimate wedding của Linh và Huy là một cơ hội để The Planners thử sức với một đề bài mới: biến khu vực clubhouse của khu đô thị cao cấp trở thành địa điểm tổ chức một đám cưới thân mật. Trong năm thứ 10 hoạt động, The Planners team vẫn luôn sẵn sàng với những bài toán mới để liên tục update kĩ năng và sự sáng tạo của team. Trong đám cưới của Linh và Huy, team The Planners Hanoi đã thực hiện được điều này để tạo nên một kỉ niệm đáng nhớ dành cho Linh, Huy và những người thân yêu.

Toàn bộ khu vực sân vườn và chỗ đỗ xe của Clubhouse thuộc khu đô thị - nơi gia đình Linh sinh sống - đã được biến hình thành một khu vực riêng tư và trang trí thật chỉn chu, tạo nên một không gian tiệc biệt lập nơi cô dâu, chú rể và người thân có được sự riêng tư cao nhất và thoải mái hoà mình vào bữa tiệc mừng cho tình yêu của Linh và Huy. Không chỉ giải quyết được bài toàn về địa điểm tổ chức, The Planners team còn tận dụng tối ưu không gian khi dựng lên một góc getting ready cho cô dâu chú rể, một quầy bánh được customize theo đúng mong muốn, và một không gian tiệc tối vừa rộng rãi, vừa ấm cúng, đúng theo tinh thần của một đám cưới thân mật.

For Vickie&Andy, love unfolded in its own rhythm. What once felt like missed chances slowly revealed itself as something perfect timing. And when they finally met, it wasn’t loud or hurried. It was certain. Effortless. As if their hearts had always known the way.

"All In Love" is more than a celebration. It is a story told in chapters of what almost was, of what found its way, and of what was always meant to be. A reflection of fate, devotion, and a love that does not rush, but arrives exactly when it should.

Because in the end, some love stories aren’t just written - they are patiently, beautifully aligned.

“I feel very lucky to have met you early in my life, so that we could share every part of our growth together. As I went into college I knew that one day I would eventually marry you...
I didn’t want to openly share that with you at the time so I hid the message into one of our love letters 10 years ago in 2015, and I knew that you wouldn’t be able to guess it at the time because it looked like a bunch of random numbers and letters, and you had never heard of encoding before anyways.
Well we solved the message together and turns out that I wrote “I love you” in binary and made a message with a Caesar shift where I shifted the alphabetical letters by our favorite number 7 and that decoded to the message “I will marry you”...”

If that’s not the most adorably nerdy way to express your love, we don’t know what is. One thing that radiates from Vivienne and Alex’s love story is that they don’t just love so purely and genuinely, but also witness each other’s growth throughout the journey they’ve shared for 10 years. And for such a memorable decade of love, a fairytale-like wedding to cap it off is only fitting.

Vivienne and Alex chose L7 Lotte Hotel because Alex had also proposed to Vivienne at a Lotte Hotel in Korea 2 years prior. Though it was technically a city wedding, the program and functions of their wedding was no different than a destination wedding itself, featuring a heartfelt first look, a touching vow exchange, a vibrant reception night, all set in a dreamy decor concept that fits the bride’s spirit perfectly.

Vivienne and Alex’s wedding setup was one of the most complicated and intricate we’ve ever created, as almost every single decorative item was tailor-made from scratch. Whether it was the blooming altar, the princess-y castle-like backdrop, the bar station, and every little detail such as the phone booth, the gallery of love, the instant photo booth, or the very dinner chairs,... everything was designed and sculpted exactly to the couple’s vision of their dream wedding.

To this day, The Planners team still consider “Spring Adventure” to be one of the most memorable projects we’ve ever been a part of. It redefined our very understanding of what’s possible in a destination wedding. If “make your dreams come true” was a wedding, this would be it.
And to this day, we still talk about the driving force behind it all, and it’s none other than our bride Hường. Her queenly aura, her daring vision, her genuine ambition, her sheer willpower and unyielding spirit,… She was the living example of why our slogan is “If you can dream it, we can do it”.

Inspired by the love story of Mike & Sabrina, The Planners Saigon has curated “A Walk To Remember” - a day where every step tells a story.

The celebration began with a heartfelt vow ceremony bathed in the glow of “Golden Hour.” Blending soft romantic tones with touches of Mediterranean art, the ceremony space became a poetic canvas of warmth and love.

As night fell, the celebration transformed into an intimate dinner filled with soul and storytelling. Designed around an “Asian Feel” concept rooted in Vietnamese culture, each table represents one destination marked Sabrina & Mike’s journey together - Saigon, Hanoi, Ninh Binh and Sapa.

Every detail was a tribute to their journey, not just through places but through shared memories, heartfelt emotions, and moments that will forever be remembered.

Đối với mỗi đám cưới, The Planners luôn mong muốn gửi gắm câu chuyện và cá tính của Cô dâu và Chú rể vào concept trang trí. Minh và Linh luôn nói rằng cả hai sở hữu hai cá tính hoàn toàn trái ngược; Chú rể là một chàng trai điềm tĩnh và giản dị, còn Cô dâu luôn nồng nhiệt, kiên quyết, nhưng cũng rất ngọt ngào và ấm áp. Chính sự đối lập đó đã tạo nên sợi dây gắn kết, mở đầu cho hành trình tình yêu như được định mệnh se duyên – khi hai người bạn học cấp 2 tìm lại nhau, nảy sinh tình cảm và tiến tới hôn nhân.

Tinh thần “opposites attract” ấy được thể hiện rõ nhất qua bảng màu chủ đạo: tông màu hồng-đỏ ấm áp tượng trưng cho cô dâu Linh, và sắc xanh đại diện cho chú rể Minh. Để tạo nên concept này, The Planners Hanoi đã đồng hành với Minh và Linh trong gần một năm, trải qua nhiều phương án thiết kế khác nhau để tạo nên một concept phù hợp nhất với mong muốn và cá tính của cả hai.

Bên cạnh đó, concept trang trí còn lồng ghép những yếu tố cá nhân hoá đúng như mong muốn của Cô dâu, đặc biệt là niềm yêu thích dành cho thỏ và Jellycat. Khu vực tổ chức hôn lễ ngoài trời đã được thiết kế như một khu vườn Châu Âu thân mật, ngọt ngào, nơi những người thân yêu nhất của Minh và Linh chứng kiến giây phút thiêng liêng nhất của cặp đôi.
