“The R Team” is a event organizing group, founded in January 2013 by former executive members of RMIT Event Club. We work toward creating projects and events that express our ideas, passion and contribute to the society in Vietnam. After gaining experiences and reputation of hosting student events for RMIT (such as RMIT’s Christmas Night, RMIT Bazaar – Flea Market Winter & Summer 2012, RMISS 2012)
, we formed an independent event planner groups "The R Team" consisted of the members from different organizations in RMIT to grow bigger, more professional, and host event that have great impact to the community
In April 2013, under the name of The R Team, we cooperate with Operation Smile Vietnam and Rhapsody Philharmonic Orchestra to host a charity two nights music concert named “I Dreamed a Dream”. The concert attracted more than 1000 audience including many famous Vietnamese artists and reputable businessmen. our street concerts in this projects also have been featured several media channels and become an inspiration for young musician in Vietnam. Following our success, we develop a new project – English Kid Fair in Christmas 2013, which aims to open a festival for children in Hanoi while giving children a chance to both learn and play with English, an important international language that will open their door to the world.
“The R Team” now have developed from a young group of event planners to a professional team capable of planning, organizing, consulting and marketing large events for communities and multinational organizations.
