On Holomia XRZone platform, VR Escape Room play session billing policy as follows:

**Under 3 minutes**: Free of charge

**Over 3 minutes and under 15 minutes**: Count by actual playtime

**Over 15 minutes**: Only count as 15 minutes

**This policy will be effective starting May 21st until further notice**.

You can log in to zone.holomia.com and check Playgame History. If you find any discrepancies in billing based on the new policy, please let us know.
