𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐨 𝐄𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝.

During the conceptualization phase for Lisa and Kenny's Vu Quy ceremony, the bride shared that she had always been fascinated with the Ladurée from Soho, New York. So our team asked ourselves: "What if we "teleport" the store's magical vibe to her family home in Danang?"

With that in mind, we transformed the house into a haven of Rococo aesthetic details, with a dreamy Merry-Go-Round carousel, and the signature palette of pistachio green and rose quartz. Over four days, every corner shifted from modern to fairytale, with delicate details tying it all together. From the Tráp set, to Kenny’s classic bridal pick-up car, to every ribbon, bloom, and accent in between — the magic was woven seamlessly to complete the ambient aesthetics.

A 4-day, 3-night journey that redefined destination wedding experiences in Vietnam.

Earlier this July, The Planners in collaboration with VDW proudly hosted ICONIC SAPA at the breathtaking Ville De Mont Mountain Resort. Following the success of last year’s VDW Congress, this event marked another milestone in our mission to elevate Vietnam’s image as a dream wedding destination.

For the first time ever in Vietnam, an international creative retreat was held exclusively for photographers and creatives from all over the world — including Australia, Korea, the Philippines, and Brazil. For 4 days, the participating photographers got to experience an amazing retreat and creative practices, including:
📝 Business Workshop by 𝐉𝐚𝐢 𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐠: We were honored to welcome Jai Long, an award-winning creative business coach, who brought powerful energy to the retreat with a hands-on, inspiring workshop. Attendees gained actionable insights and deep clarity on growing their creative businesses.
📸 Styled Shoot led by 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐮𝐜𝐢𝐞: Represented by Khara and Zoe - one of Australia’s top-15 photography brands - the styled shoot was set against the magical scenery of Sapa, blending art, storytelling, and styling into unforgettable imagery.

Phát and Ngọc’s beachside wedding on the enchanting beach of Melia Ho Tram unfolded like a quiet love story—beautiful, emotional, and full of personal touches. From the very start, the energy was already contagious: the morning was filled with joyful chaos as everyone got ready, and when the couple shared the heartfelt first look, time seemed to slow to cherish that moment.

The whole setup was meticulously designed and personalized, creating a glamorous scene, displayed in even the smallest details like the seatings, the table settings and the classy bar station. The ceremony took place by the sea, with the stage and aisle shaped like the letter “P", the groom's initial, a personal touch that stood out against the soft, pastel florals and gentle ocean breeze. The vow exchange was tender and heartfelt—each word filled with years’ worth of memories and promises.

Among places that we have been to, Da Nang and Hoi An have left a great impression to us as dynamic, exotic, beautiful cities with friendly local people. This is also the impression of many couples who had and will have their weddings at these amazing cities.

And now, we are proudly to announce that The Planners are officially based in Da Nang, Hoi An. The place has been our second home. We are so ready to do more fabulous and pretty weddings in these 2 lovely locations, not only for foreign couples as we have always been doing as one of our strengths, but also for Vietnamese young couples, who are dreaming of something new, something for your own and very typical you for that Greatest Day of all.
