Over a decade, much can transform. People evolve, life shifts, and work changes. From 2016 to 2026, The Planners team has witnessed significant developments. Starting with just 4 members, the team has now grown to 24, expanding to three offices in Hanoi, Danang, and Saigon.

Despite these numerous changes, our core elements have remained constant throughout the past decade: the team’s passion and shared vision. These qualities have been the driving force behind our success and have kept the team united and focused on our goals, through all the ups and downs in the last 10 years.

Began with the romance of their pre-wedding journey in Italy, the ceremony was reimagined as an immersive art installation, where cobalt blue, soft ivory, and natural light shaped a space that felt both monumental and intimate. From the sculptural ceremony setting to the striking triangular drapery that framed the reception, every detail was thoughtfully composed as part of one seamless story - a celebration where art and nature existed beautifully as one.

𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐭 – 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐨𝐧.

When designing the wedding concept, one of our most favorite creative process is to customize the wedding ceremony layout so that it screams “tailor-made” in every flycam photo. The grand yet intricate customization of the layout is displayed the very shape of the ceremony stage and the aisle, or the seating layout that creates different points of view for guests.

We have done curved stages and aisles, or an entire ceremony area in the shape of the initials of the bride and the groom. If you want even more out-of-the-box touches, check out the ones where the aisle has no fixed shape, but rather an expression of creativity, the couple’s love story and spirit, or just for pure aesthetic purposes.

With its extensive and immersive experience-centric program, along with vibrant, bold, and symbolic decor concept, Randy and Vivian’s wedding fully displayed their vision and incredible attention to detail in every aspect. Everything happened for a reason, everyone was a heartbeat of the experience, every detail had a meaning. On our return to Nha Trang, we began 2026 with one of the most ambitious projects ever at Mia Nha Trang Resort – the wedding of Linh and Daniel.

Our journey with Linh and Daniel dated way back in 2022 when we made Daniel’s sister’s wedding in Phu Quoc. Last year, we crossed paths again at the styled shoot , featuring Linh and Daniel as the real couple. Last January, the journey finally reached its highest point as they tied the knot under the beautiful sun in Nha Trang.

Highlighted by the long and curved aisle leading to the ceremony stage, coupled with the luxurious deep crimson tone and dazzling chandelier, the wedding setup set the stage for an unforgettable day. Was it the first “first look” they had? No. Was it the first time they shared heartfelt words to each other? No. However, the magic stayed the same, as Linh and Daniel shared laughters, tears, and memorable moments with each other and their most beloved ones.

One of our first destination weddings to begin 2026 was the magical celebration of love for Quina and Wayne at M’Gallery Sapa. True to the name “A Feast for the Senses”, this wedding was indeed felt with every sense, providing a comprehensive experience for the couple and their guests.

Enfolded in an elegant and timeless palette of olive and gold, complemented by a wide array of different decorative elements and extensive details, guests were astonished visually by the intricate setup. Throughout the wedding, they could feel every aspect of the wedding with every sense such as sound, taste, scent and even touch, thoughtfully prepared to help them fully embrace the wedding experience.
