One of our first destination weddings to begin 2026 was the magical celebration of love for Quina and Wayne at M’Gallery Sapa. True to the name “A Feast for the Senses”, this wedding was indeed felt with every sense, providing a comprehensive experience for the couple and their guests.

Enfolded in an elegant and timeless palette of olive and gold, complemented by a wide array of different decorative elements and extensive details, guests were astonished visually by the intricate setup. Throughout the wedding, they could feel every aspect of the wedding with every sense such as sound, taste, scent and even touch, thoughtfully prepared to help them fully embrace the wedding experience.

Judy and Derek’s wedding opted for the dazzling imagery of quartz – one of nature’s most mesmerizing creations. The iridescent hues became a source of lighting display in their dinner reception, making their magical night even more wondrous and exciting.

During the conceptualization phase for Lisa and Kenny's Vu Quy ceremony, the bride shared that she had always been fascinated with the Ladurée from Soho, New York. So our team asked ourselves: "What if we "teleport" the store's magical vibe to her family home in Danang?"

With that in mind, we transformed the house into a haven of Rococo aesthetic details, with a dreamy Merry-Go-Round carousel, and the signature palette of pistachio green and rose quartz. Over four days, every corner shifted from modern to fairytale, with delicate details tying it all together. From the Tráp set, to Kenny’s classic bridal pick-up car, to every ribbon, bloom, and accent in between — the magic was woven seamlessly to complete the ambient aesthetics.

A 4-day, 3-night journey that redefined destination wedding experiences in Vietnam.

Earlier this July, The Planners in collaboration with VDW proudly hosted ICONIC SAPA at the breathtaking Ville De Mont Mountain Resort. Following the success of last year’s VDW Congress, this event marked another milestone in our mission to elevate Vietnam’s image as a dream wedding destination.

For the first time ever in Vietnam, an international creative retreat was held exclusively for photographers and creatives from all over the world — including Australia, Korea, the Philippines, and Brazil. For 4 days, the participating photographers got to experience an amazing retreat and creative practices, including:
📝 Business Workshop by 𝐉𝐚𝐢 𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐠: We were honored to welcome Jai Long, an award-winning creative business coach, who brought powerful energy to the retreat with a hands-on, inspiring workshop. Attendees gained actionable insights and deep clarity on growing their creative businesses.
📸 Styled Shoot led by 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐮𝐜𝐢𝐞: Represented by Khara and Zoe - one of Australia’s top-15 photography brands - the styled shoot was set against the magical scenery of Sapa, blending art, storytelling, and styling into unforgettable imagery.

Beyond the learnings, ICONIC SAPA was also a soulful retreat — where creatives connected deeply, shared ideas, formed new friendships, and left recharged with purpose. Every day was filled with meaningful conversations, laughter, and an infectious spirit of growth and collaboration.
