Another beautiful farm-to-table dinner in Coral Bay last night 🌴✨

From locally caught yellowfin tuna paired with mangoes from our tree, avocado …to garden-raised pumpkin for our risotto and coconut almond grouper….fresh local Josephine’s greens and pea shoots, every plate celebrated the flavors of the Caribbean. We finished the evening with vibrant passionfruit and guava Creme brûlée along with so many other fresh island ingredients that made this meal feel truly special.
