Ugh... Hurricane season conjures dread in all our hearts. But with predictions of an active season, you shouldn’t procrastinate! The sooner you start planning, the less you have to do each week to prepare. Let's start by checking our non-perishable food supplies and make a list of what you'll need for your family. On a budget? Buy a little bit each week. Don't forget a can opener! (For bonus points, put your supplies in a plastic tote. You'll be less likely to use them up accidentally and they'll be protected from water if your home is damaged in a storm.)
