She’s gone. 💔🌿 My very first bamboo arch—sourced from wild bamboo on island 🏝️, lugged across beaches 🏖️, dragged up stairs 🪜, assaulted with 12 years' worth of staples 📌, zip-tied within an inch of her life at the end 🔗—finally gave out. She retired the way she lived: with a floral arrangement on her face 💐 and sand in places it shouldn’t be 🏖️😂.
This arch was there for hundreds of weddings 💍. She held fabric 🎀 and thousands (literally thousands) of flowers 🌸🌺🌼. She withstood tropical winds 🌬️, sudden rain 🌧️, and one particularly bold man 🏖️🩲 who thought she was a beach towel rack. She never once collapsed on a couple—though she threatened to a few times just for the drama 🎭.
So here’s to the end of an era 🥂. Swipe to see her first day on the job 📸, her last breath 😵, and all the love ❤️ she witnessed in between. You did good, old girl. Rest in pieces 🪵💔.
