La Dolce Vita with Rita

95 years young and still the life of the party!

We had the absolute pleasure of designing a celebration worthy of the fabulous Rita Smith as she celebrated her incredible 95th birthday!

Inspired by the beauty and romance of the Mediterranean, “La Dolce Vita with Rita” was all about the sweet life—beautiful surroundings, bold color, good food, family, friends, laughter, and of course, a birthday girl with enough energy and personality to keep the party going.

We brought the vision to life with Santorini-inspired blues and crisp whites, vibrant fuchsia bougainvillea, lush hydrangeas, elegant glass candlelight, and pops of hot pink against a breathtaking island backdrop. Every detail was designed to feel joyful, sophisticated, and full of life—just like Rita.

Because at 95, Rita isn’t slowing down…
she’s still showing us how La Dolce Vita is done.

Happy 95th Birthday, Ms. Smith. Here’s to a life beautifully lived—and many more reasons to celebrate.
