🐣🍰 Easter came to life in CUL 209 (Cakes and Pastries)! 🍰🐣
Students in Chef Clint Creque’s CUL 209 course put their creativity, skill, and dedication on full display as they designed, baked, labeled, and beautifully decorated two‑layer, 8‑inch cakes, each inspired by Easter.
From concept to completion, every creation told its own story and reflected the hands‑on abilities these students are developing.
Chef Creque captured the moment and shared his pride in their growth, saying: “It definitely wasn’t an easy task making sure all students learnt the different types of skills and techniques, but I really love what I do. And they all conquered it.”
