Smell My Smoke Catering The foods that I feature are primarily grilled and or of the barbecue type. I also prepare foods that I would set up as drop offs.

For the most part I perform a full catered event in which your grilled foods are cooked and prepared and served on location.

I really like that the rice and chicken stock is added to the flavored seasonings and then adding the chicken along with it’s juices to be covered and finished in the oven. Haven’t tried this yet but this all looks to make a wonderful meal. Nicely done!!!
