The Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series rolls into the Whynot Motorsports Park this weekend for the “House Of Hook” SHOWDOWN on Friday and Saturday!

Friday boast an $8,000 payday with Saturday paying $12,000 to the winner! Ricky Weiss leads the points heading into this weekends action!

With both National Tours off this weekend, there should be a good contingent of cars on hand!

The MARS Racing Series kicks off their 2025 campaign this weekend with the “Nippy 50” weekend at the Maquoketa Speedway for a pair of events put on by Darkside Promotions LLC and Hoker Promotions LLC!

$10,000 on Friday, and $15,000 on Saturday is what awaits the victors, as there should be a good contingent of late models on hand this weekend!

You can catch every lap of the action live on FloRacing all weekend long!

The Nippy 50 is on as scheduled! Thursday night practice 6 to 9, followed by the kick off party at Timber Lanes.
-Friday is going to be in the upper 70's and the MARS super late models series is race for 10k to win hot laps at 6:30. Also in action IMCA Modifieds and Stock Cars! Following the Racing action, Dirt Road Rockers will be playing in the beer tent.
-Saturday the bean bag tournament will start at 12:00, sign up at 11:00 in front of grandstands. Easter bunny will be on the grounds at 3:00 around the grandstands. MARS Series drivers autograph session 3:30 to 4:00 in beer tent. Racing to start at 5:30, Late models race for 15k to win. Support classes, Mods, Sport mods, Stock Cars.
We are keeping an eye on the weather (no need to tell us about it😉), if we need to adjust Saturday to an early start time we will do so on Friday and post it. Ricky Kay will have the whole team ready to go with equipment to prep the track as needed.
There are still camp spots available, contact the Jackson County Fairgrounds we are going to need the grandstands filled this weekend, thanks for everyone's support, get out and enjoy the weekend at Maquoketa Speedway!

We saw Ricky Thornton Jr wheel the Koehler Motorsports Longhorn Chassis to victory lane last night for $15,000 at Atomic, and it doing so, he would take over the points lead!
