What a pleasure it was to cater For Zane State President Chad Brown, the Board of Trustees and Foundation at 630 Main.
We started off with our grazing table.
Cold hors d”oeuvres- Prosciutto wrapped melon & pears, Shrimp Ceviche & Pecan Chicken salad croissants.
Hot hors d’oeuvres- Teriyaki glazed bacon wrapped water chestnuts, stuffed Yukon golds and Beef tenderloin crostini.
Dessert bar featuring our famous cheesecake- we had lemon blueberry, white chocolate raspberry, raspberry and a new one- caramel & Godiva chocolate. We had mousse shooters - raspberry, chocolate and caramel. And another staple - Ghirardelli chocolate brownies.

One of the things I love best about being a Chef is the creativity and originality I’m allowed to bring to events. I’m proud of the product and service we provide. I truly wish I could have fit in every client & event I was approached with this past year. I choose quality over quantity. Unfortunately that means taking less events on but it allows me to focus more on providing the highest quality food, service and ensures that J, is at every event booked.
Thank you to each and everyone of our customers. To those customers who have booked us multiple times, thank you for your support, we appreciate your continued trust in us! It’s always a pleasure to serve you!
From my family and myself, thank you for allowing us to serve you in 2024. We will gauge 2025 as the new year starts.
