🚨🔥 THE BIG SURPRISE IS HERE!! 🔥🚨

Well… apparently the catering trailer and wrapped van weren’t enough. 😂💸

Introducing the newest addition to J McKee’s Catering!

Jason has added a barrel smoker, cabinet smoker, AND charcoal grill to his lineup! 🔥🍖

And this isn’t just another piece of equipment (although I’m starting to think he has a shopping problem 🤣).

This is taking our BBQ catering to a whole new level!

Instead of purchasing meat that’s already smoked, Chef Jason can now bring the smoker RIGHT TO YOUR EVENT and smoke your food fresh, on-site!

We’re talking that incredible smell of BBQ cooking, fresh-off-the-smoker goodness, and a whole new experience for your guests!

Weddings, graduation parties, family reunions, corporate events, backyard parties… we’re ready to bring the smoke! 💨

🚗☕ WHERE IS CHEF JASON?! 👨‍🍳🗺️

He’s got his caffeine, his wheels are rolling, and he’s hitting the road! 😂☕🚐

Chef Jason was up early and headed out on a little road trip… but WHERE is he headed?!

And what could he be going after?!?💨🔥👀

Ohio? Kentucky? Somewhere in between? You never know where he might pop up next! 🌎🔥

Keep your eyes peeled, because you just might spot J.Mckee Catering coming to a town near you! 🍔🌮🔥🥧

👇 Drop your guess in the comments! Where do YOU think Chef Jason is headed?

👀 SOMETHING BIG IS COMING! 👀

Apparently, Chef Jason and I have VERY different definitions of the phrase “We’re done spending money for a while.” 🤦‍♀️💸😂

While I’ve been over here thinking we’re just going to focus on catering, Jason has been busy finding new ways to spend money. 🙄🤣

BUT… I have to admit, this one is pretty exciting!

We’ve got a BIG SURPRISE coming this week at J McKee’s Catering, and we can’t wait to share it with you!

Any guesses what Chef Jason has gotten us into now?! 👀

Stay tuned… and somebody please take away his checkbook! 😂💰

🍋 When life gives Chef Jason lemons… he makes CHEESECAKE! 🍰

This one happens to be one of Chef Jason’s personal favorites!

🍋 Creamy lemon cheesecake
🫐 Swirled with black raspberry jam
🍓 Topped with fresh berries
🍪 All sitting on a delicious Lemon Oreo cookie crust!

And when the chef himself says it’s one of his favorites, you know it has to be good! 😉

🚐J McKee’s Catering has some new wheels, and they’re looking pretty sharp! 👀

We are excited to show off our newly wrapped van! A HUGE thank you to Xpressive Graphics in Zanesville for bringing our vision to life. They did an amazing job!

Chef Jason has been busy in the kitchen, and now we’re making sure everyone knows who’s delivering all that delicious food! 👨‍🍳

So if you see us out and about, give us a wave! 👋 And if you’re stuck behind us at a red light, just remember… we cater! 😉

Yesterday, J McKee’s Catering had the pleasure of being part of Sydney & Levi’s special day!

And let’s talk about that menu! 🤤

🍴 Bourbon BBQ Meatballs
🍴 Marry Me Chicken (because what else would you serve at a wedding?! 😉)
🍴 Creamy Mashed Potatoes
🍴 Buttered Green Beans with Bacon
🍴 Glazed Carrots
🍴 Dinner Rolls
🥗 A Salad Bar with ALL the fixings!

And we didn’t forget the little guests! We had chicken tenders and mac & cheese for the kiddos! ❤️

A HUGE shoutout to our stand-in servers, Rhett, Jess, and Shi! 👏 You three were absolutely fantastic! Thanks for jumping in and helping everything run smoothly. We couldn’t have done it without you!

There’s just something special about being part of someone’s big day. We love knowing that while everyone is making memories, we’re making sure nobody goes home hungry! 😂

Congratulations, Sydney & Levi! 🥂 Thank you for trusting J McKee’s Catering to be part of your celebration. We wish you a lifetime of love, laughter, and really good food! ❤️

🍫 The cheesecake has officially been delivered! 🎉

Our contest winner, Shirer, received her Chocolate Oreo Cheesecake today!

I’ll admit, when Jason brought it to school, I was a little worried it wasn’t going to make it to its rightful owner! 😂 Between all the oohing, ahhing, and people practically drooling over it, I thought we might have a cheesecake heist on our hands! 👀🤣

And while you’re drooling over that Chocolate Oreo Cheesecake, check out the other homemade pies and cheesecakes Jason whipped up today! 🥧🍰 Apparently, he decided today was a good day to test everyone’s willpower! 😂

Congratulations again, and thank you for supporting J McKee’s Catering! ❤️🍰

Operation: Get Jason to Go Shopping — SUCCESS. 😂

The trick? Tell him we “need supplies for the catering business.”

And just like that… I’m at HomeGoods. 🛒🙌

Jason thinks we’re here for serving trays, bowls, and other important catering necessities.

I understand that once you’re inside HomeGoods, the universe decides what you need. 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

Is this for catering? Maybe.
Do we need it? Absolutely.
Can I justify it as a business expense? I’m working on it. 😏😂

💍🥞 Bridal Shower Brunch — J McKee’s Style! 🥂

We had so much fun catering a beautiful bridal shower brunch today! 🤍

The bride’s crew wanted something a little different, and we were ALL about it. On the menu:

🥞 Pancake skewers
🫐 Açaí parfaits
🍓 Fresh fruit
🍳 Egg casserole with hash browns
🥯 Toasted bagel bar with cream cheese, avocado and all the fixings
🍅 Deconstructed bruschetta

Fun, fresh, colorful and definitely not your average shower spread!

One of our favorite things about catering is creating a menu around what YOU want. It doesn’t have to be traditional, and it definitely doesn’t have to come from a set menu. Have an idea? Let Chef Jason run with it. 👨‍🍳

Congratulations to the bride-to-be! 💍🤍 Thank you for letting J McKee’s Catering be a small part of such a special day!

🏹 Apparently, hunting works up an appetite… a BIG one. 😂

We’ve recently been hired to provide dinner three nights a week for several weeks for a group of hunters—and Chef Jason is making sure nobody is heading back to camp hungry!

🍝 Sunday night’s lineup:
Homemade lasagna, caprese salad & garlic bread
🥧 Chocolate Turtle Pie with bourbon caramel sauce
🥥 Coconut Cream Pie

🍗 Last night:
Jason broke out his NEW Tuscan Chicken and I’m just going to say it… TO. DIE. FOR. 🤤
Green beans with bacon & roasted redskin potatoes
And because apparently one pie would be unreasonable… 😂
🍌 Banana Cream
🍋 Lemon Meringue
🥜 Peanut Butter with chocolate shavings

🐷 Tonight’s menu:
Pulled pork, cowboy beans and—you guessed it—a couple more pies. 🥧

At this point, I’m not sure if these guys are more excited about hunting or finding out what Jason is making for dinner. 😂

Meanwhile, I’m over here wondering how I get invited to hunting camp without actually having to hunt. 🤷‍♀️😂

We love getting to do jobs like this—good homemade food, happy customers, and an excuse for Chef Jason to keep adding things to the menu!

J McKee’s Catering
You hunt. We’ll handle dinner. 😏
