PSA - Today I AGAIN received a call from a desperate customer. They had placed an order with what we call an "order gatherer" or DOG (I'll let you decide what the D stands for). There are many that advertise on google, trying to make the consumer think that they are an actual, real florist. They are not. They are people in an office building somewhere who take the order, charge you extra fees, keep most of the money and then try to get real florists to fill the order for much less money than you paid. More and more real florists are refusing to fill these orders as in our opinion they are fraudulent to the customer. Then, when the order doesn't get filled, the customer reaches out to an actual florist to get the job done. So please, save yourself some time and aggravation and scroll down to see the REAL florists!
