We at Xtreme Play N Go Party want to shed some light on our policies regarding cleaning and protecting against the spread of bacteria and germs. We want to be transparent and forthcoming about our procedures, as part of our mission to uphold our reputation for professional, clean and safe service. The health and wellness of our team and our customers is Priority #1!
WHAT WE DO
1. We have full-time staff, on hand to routinely clean and maintain all surfaces of our equipment, all accessories to said equipment, and the warehouse in which this equipment is housed with disinfectant cleaning supplies. These procedures take effect daily.
2. We have policies in place to ensure that our staff practice good personal hygiene, i.e. regular and diligent hand washing.
3. We take illnesses and ailments very seriously and will not keep employees at work if ill.
4. We routinely retire older equipment to bring in new equipment to serve our mission in providing the best possible experience for our customers.
5. We offer discounted rates on customer pick up equipment for the convenience of bringing said rental equipment to your home, versus to a public venue or space.
With cold and flu season upon us, and considering the heightened awareness around the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted our community to know that we are closely monitoring the situation and will continue to serve our customers with clean and professional experiences. We have been in business for over 16 years and we are proud of our practices and the preventative measures we have taken in regards to these matters, which are just a few reasons why we have proven to be the best around!
