This spread was infused with flavors of autumn in New England with a roasted butternut squash soup, fall-themed charcuterie, cranberry chicken salad roll-ups, and apple cider and pumpkin doughnut holes.

The past 30 days has been a month full of service and celebration. We had the pleasure of working with 6 different non-profit organizations, helping to raise funds for so many honorable missions.

The York Land Trust had their SOLD OUT annual donor event : Savor the Summer ☀️ It poured sheets of rain that evening but we managed to plate over 100 dinners to some of York’s friendliest faces.

Maine Public Broadcasting hosted an event to thank their generous supporters. They celebrated and enjoyed some of our charcuterie at a private residence on the water in York. It was an endless summer kind of night. 🌅

At the York Public Library we created a spread for a reception following the 3rd annual Dan Bancroft Memorial lecture. It was an evening of education and innovation, whilst celebrating their late board president who was a beloved York resident and pillar to the community.

The Center for Wildlife in Cape Neddick gathered for “Cocktails on the Cove” at the stunning home of to discuss threats to wildlife, ecological and human health, and their work to address these issues.

On a beautiful Wednesday evening , Seacoast Soul Models hosted their annual So(ul) Powerful fundraising event. They are an after-school program and camp that empowers middle school girls by providing guidance, mindfulness, yoga, creative arts and community service.

And most recently, the amazing team Brixham Montessori Friends School hosted their annual Fall Harvest Fundraiser 🍂 This special school is helping children (MINE) hone and celebrate their individuality, creativity and intellectual potential. We couldn’t be happier to have landed here.

I worked for nearly a decade in the non-profit world and feel strongly in the importance of service. Helping these organizations host is a pillar of Galley Provisions and I personally plan to make an even bigger impact with each new year. Thank you to these amazing groups for choosing us. “I can’t say enough wonderful things about Galley Provisions! They catered my 40th garden party, and everything was absolutely perfect. The graze board was a true work of art, featuring a stunning array of delicious charcuterie, cheeses, fresh fruits, nuts, and honey. The presentation was gorgeous, with rustic risers, greenery, and bud vases that perfectly captured the garden party theme. Beyond the beautiful food, the owner worked with my food allergies to ensure I had plenty of safe and delicious options. I felt so supported and was able to enjoy my party without any worries.
