We had such an amazing holiday season, thanks to all of you! However, due to the amount of time spent in front of a screen, I’ll be taking a month-long break from social media to resume presence, get intentional and set some systems in place. All messages and inquiries can be directed to [email protected]

The world of social media is an amazing place for us to expand our business and I want to take a step back to get clear about how we show up on these platforms. Messages will still be checked periodically by a member of the crew, but I’ll personally be spending less time on a screen and more time in the kitchen, on the mat or playing with my kids.

Happiest of holidays to all. Thank you for your trust in 2024, your support in our unfolding and your excitement as we enter 2025. I’m certain it will be our best year yet, and I hope the same for you!
