Had the chance to taste a single barrel Elijah Craig, 133 proofā€¦ absolutely fantastic. Smooth, bold, with a beautiful finishā€”especially with a couple drops of water off the pinky. The finish is nutty.

Tonight I headed out to Juniata County for an intimate bourbon + chocolate pairing with an incredible group of friends and family. We paired some amazing bourbons, paired them with chocolate (becauseā€¦ obviously šŸ«šŸ„ƒ), and soaked in all the small group vibes that I absolutely LOVE.

Sometimes you come across a bottle that makes you stop and appreciate the moment.

At a recent tasting at the Country Club of York, I had the chance to pour something truly special ā€” Last Drop. Only 1,458 bottles were ever released, and I was lucky enough to get my hands on one. Absolute gem. šŸ„ƒ

We paired the lineup with some incredible desserts ā€” mini pecan bars, carrot cake, and mini chocolate lava cakes with caramel centers ā€” and letā€™s just say the flavors played very well together.
