Apparently, the biggest problem at Chef’s Table is remembering to take pictures before you start eating. 😂

Chef’s Table is six seats, one table, and a new Caribbean menu every month — an intimate dinner built around good food, a little storytelling, and the kind of evening our guests keep telling us is worth the trip.

Each Chef’s Table is an intimate evening with just 6 seats, where you’ll enjoy a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu, hear the stories behind the dishes, and experience Caribbean cuisine beyond what you’ll find on a typical restaurant menu.

Fifty-two years.

That’s how long Haiti has waited to return to the World Cup.

As a Haitian-owned business, there was no way we were letting this moment pass without celebrating it.

On June 13, our Chef’s Table guests will gather for a Haitian Cookout-inspired menu, great company, and a front-row seat to history as Haiti takes the world stage for the first time since 1974. ⚽

From Striker Wings and Pate Kode to Golden Boot Ribs and Diri Kole ak Pwa, this month’s menu was designed specifically for the occasion.

And yes…it sold out. ❤️

This week, we brought Haitian food history to life at Pinkster 💛

We talked about culture, ingredients, cooking traditions, and walked students through making Haitian accra while connecting food to history.

There is something really special about watching kids try new flavors and realize history isn’t just something you read…sometimes you can taste it.
