It’s DAF Day 2026! A nationwide celebration of generosity through Donor-Advised Funds.

When you make a DAF gift to Cascades today, you’re helping kids get to camp, keeping our facilities in great shape, and making excellence in our programs possible.

If you have a DAF, today is a great opportunity to put it to work for the ministry happening at Cascades. Join the nationwide wave of generosity and help make an impact that lasts beyond today.

As Thanksgiving approaches and we prepare Cascades for the cold months ahead, join us November 20–22 for Harvest Work & Worship – a weekend of serving, worshiping, and enjoying the beauty of fall together! 🍂

Grab your friends and family and spend a few days caring for the place you love, sharing meals, and making memories around camp.

It’s the perfect opportunity to pause and reflect on all we have to be grateful for before heading into the holiday season. Come ready to lend a hand and leave with a refreshed heart!

🔗 Head to bit.ly/harvestworkandworship for more information and to register.

There’s a new little face around Cascades! 👶🏼

We’re excited to introduce Jameson Cain, the most recent addition to our year-round camp family! Jameson was born in July to our Program Director, Jacob Cain, and his wife, Lauren. The Cain family is settling into life with their little one and adjusting well...despite the lack of sleep! 😉

We’re so thankful to celebrate this sweet gift with them! Join us in congratulating Jacob and Lauren and welcoming Jameson to the Cascades family! 💕

What a weekend! Cascades was honored to host the annual Pacific Northwest Conference Women Ministries Retreat this past weekend, welcoming 220 women for a weekend of fellowship, worship, and encouragement. 🙌

We’re especially grateful for the generosity of PacNWC Women Ministries, which has a long legacy of supporting Cascades since our earliest days. That legacy continued this weekend as they presented Cascades with a $7,000 gift toward refreshing and renovating the log cabin they originally donated to Cascades many years ago at Camp Timber Rock! 🏡

And their generosity didn’t stop there. Recognizing the ongoing challenges with our aging laundry equipment, they also gifted Cascades new commercial dryers to help keep the endless flow of laundry running smoothly. 🧺

We’re so thankful for the continued partnership of the PacNWC Women Ministries leadership team. Thank you for blessing Cascades and helping us care for this place and the people we serve! 💚

🥶💦 Ready to take the plunge (again)?

The Cascades Polar Plunge is back on February 20, 2027, but before we look ahead, we want to celebrate what brave plungers have made possible at the waterfront!

The waterfront has new boats, paddles, and life jackets, and this year, thanks to Polar Plunge donors and fundraisers, it also has a NEW BLOB. Together, Polar Plungers have raised over $10,000 for the waterfront!

So, thank you for diving in (literally and figuratively!) to support Cascades. We can’t wait to see who’s brave enough to join us this winter. 😉
