These Sparkling "Something Blue" Mimosas are as stunning as they are refreshing! ✨️

Combining a splash of citrusy Blue Curaçao, crisp citron vodka, fresh lemon juice, and a bubbly topper of prosecco, they bring the ultimate festive vibe to any bridal shower, engagement party, or wedding weekend. 🍋🌿

The Sparkling "Something Blue"

Ingredients:

1 oz Blue Curaçao
1 oz Citron Vodka
0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3 oz Chilled Prosecco or Ch*****ne

Garnish:

Thin lemon wheels & fresh mint sprigs

How to make it:

Shake the Blue Curaçao, vodka, and lemon juice with ice until ice-cold.

Strain into your favorite stemmed glasses.

Top with chilled prosecco and let the bubbles create that gorgeous, frothy top layer.

Garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of fresh mint.
