Fun Fact.....and totally self-serving. One of the new owners of DJ's Resort & Rentals is a licensed South Dakota Real Estate Broker. Joel McDowell has been licensed since 2006 and has been practicing real estate primarily in the Sioux Falls market under his own firm CORE Real Estate. Until now that is. He has joined the Meridian Area Realtors Association and opened another CORE Real Estate office in the lodge at DJ's Resort & Rentals. His specialty is residential lot design, development & sales where he heavily utilizes his CORE Drafting firm to assist his clients with new construction, addition and renovation architectural design, drafting and construction consultation.
