We made a post card wall in the studio for our dancers to leave notes for one another - mostly for fun and just to be sweet when someone inspired them… 🫶🪄🔥

Today, there was a new card... 💌

It said, “Summer Youth Camp 2025… I loved this camp!”

Drawn, were a bunch of hearts and stars… and it was signed by each kid!

They learned physical structure, partnering energy, how to connect with a partner, sound movement principles, steps in Rumba and Swing - and we just made a ball of it!

Study after study shows the incredible effects of learning how to ballroom dance properly - especially at younger ages. 🕺💃

Our youth won't simply learn how to memorize steps or routines, but, instead, how to genuinely apply technical dance principles so that they can dance anywhere with agency and creative autonomy - all while making new friends and exploring what it means to use their body as a beautiful instrument.
