Food that makes you go MMmmmmm.

Glad for an opportunity to make delicious meat and veggie lasagnas for Greene County Parks & Trails Night to Remember this past Saturday.

Wow, what a weekend! We cooked:
Pounds and pounds of pulled pork
Oodles of noodles for mac &cheese
Great heaps of green beans
Batches of brownies
Piles of peach cobbler
Trays of chicken
A slew of salad
Copious cups of corn
And bunches of Uncle Jumbo's bbq sauce

We fed an estimated amount of 640 or so people in a 28 hour period! 4 different events!

Well, it's been a while, but today the big smoker is rolling! Our schedule is full of catering jobs for the next few weeks thanks to graduation season! Look at these pretty pork butts just getting going! We'll post the scrumptious after pics later!

Had the opportunity to make and deliver a delicious made to order German Chocolate Cake for a birthday surprise today! It turned out amazing!!

Had a great night serving the FREEDOM 4 FAITH Valentine's Dinner tonight. Thank you to everyone who came out and supported the Dray Family this way! Special thanks to Amy Harner Thompson for our beautiful decorations! Everyone enjoyed our Uncle Jumbo's Jumbo Lasagna and spending time with dear ones! From couples, to groups of friends, to Galentiners, it was a great evening.

A crazy catering with no kitchen at the venue!! We got this! It was a hectic, but successful event! The Bride and Groom were beautiful and oh so happy!! Twice baked potatoes came out pretty scrumptious too!

Had a great night catering dinner for Greene County Township Trustees Association at the beautiful Indian Mound in Cedarville. It was hosted by Greene County Parks and Trails. Smoked chicken, our famous Mac and Cheese, Bacon Baked Beans, Coleslaw and Over The Top Brownies were thoroughly enjoyed by all. It was a beautiful night for a picnic!
