Flowers on the Hill Flower Farm/Florist in Wyoming NY offering a roadside flower stand, special order and event flowers, and You-Pick flowers. We are open by appointment.

Our roadside flower stand is open early summer to October and is stocked Wednesday through Sunday with fresh specialty cut flowers. Other services include flower subscriptions, "Bloom Bucks," florals for weddings/events, and crafts. Our You-Pick field is opening July 21st! The best part of this whole flower farming gig? Getting to share it with all of you!

We love hearing the little moments of excitement as you wander through the field - the “look at this one!” moments, the surprised discoveries, the favorite flowers you didn’t know you loved yet, and all the happy chatter in between.

Eucalyptus!

Native to Australia, this gorgeous greenery is one we just can’t get enough of. Every fall, we mulch it, cover it, and tuck it in for the long, cold season ahead, crossing our fingers that it makes its way back in spring.

This winter, we definitely lost some, but the ones that made it are looking as beautiful as ever. Their fragrant oils give off the freshest scent and that soft blue-green color adds the perfect finishing touch to just about any arrangement.

One mile of flowers!

Did you know that if you start at one corner of our field and walk up and down the rows, you’ll have walked a mile by the time you reach the other side? That’s 5,280 feet of beautiful blooms, busy butterflies and summer sun. Not a bad way to get your steps in!

So this weekend, we’re inviting you to walk a flower mile with us. From 8a-10a Saturday & Sunday, lace up your sneakers, grab a friend, and take your morning walk somewhere a little out of your ordinary routine.

No picking required - just come walk, relax and enjoy the flowers. And if you find yourself unable to resist the blooms, you’re welcome to stay and pick a cup after your stroll or grab a premade bunch from our flower stand!

A few notes: Cell phone photos are welcome during this time, but other photography is not permitted unless you are paying to pick. And while we love our four-legged friends, pets are not permitted in the flowers (even on a leash).

We often see people at the flower stand peeking around the corner and we can’t help but wonder if they’re thinking, “Is this the You-Pick field? And where do all these flowers come from?”

While we do pick quite a few early-season favorites from out front (think peonies, phlox, echinacea and more!), the majority of our flowers and our actual You-Pick field are tucked away out back.

So during our open hours, pull into the next driveway by the You-Pick sign and head on back to the field! Take a little stroll, relax among the flowers, pick yourself a bouquet, and see where all those beautiful blooms at the stand actually come from!

You-Pick is open daily 8a-2p and Wednesday/Sunday evenings from 5p-8p.

Driving to the farm this morning, there was the tiniest break in the clouds - just long enough for a rainbow and a peek at some blue sky. And honestly? I needed it. These clouds and rainy days have gone on long enough!

The rainbow was brief, but luckily we’ve got plenty of sunshine growing right here in the field. Our sunflowers are blooming like crazy and are ready to brighten your day.

While the flower stand isn’t typically open on Mondays, we’ve put out sunflower bunches today! Stop by and grab a little sunshine of your own.

**Updated Hours!**

The sun may be setting a little earlier, but there’s still plenty of time to enjoy the flowers!

Starting this week, our You-Pick will close at 8p on Wednesday and Sunday evenings. Our daytime You-Pick hours and Flower Stand hours remain the same!

Come soak up those last golden hours of summer, fill a pitcher with blooms, and enjoy a little time in the flower field. We can’t wait to see you out there!
