Smoke 'N the Valley BBQ BBQ food vendor and catering. All rubs, sauces and sides are made from scratch. Wood fired all the way.

All meats are slow smoked for as long as 15 hours depending on type and no meat is pre-boiled or pre-cooked in anyway.

Update on previous post. We will still be at Castile Cider Mill on Sunday but I just learned the "Opening Day" for the other side is on the 12th. Sorry for any confusion.

Hello folks. This Saturday we'll be at Woodstream campground serving from 4 to 8, then on to Castile Cider Mill on Sunday serving from 12 to 5 for their season opening of the other side where you'll find a variety awesome home-made donuts and the sweet cider. Hope to see y'all there.

Hello again. Tomorrow we'll be at Lei-Ti campground serving from 5 to 7. Then Saturday and Sunday we'll be at the Hemlock Fairgrounds for the yearly festival put on by Forged Warriors MC. A motorcycle club made up of former and current, military and civilian law enforcement. Awesome event.
