I want to thank everyone that came out to our bbq trailer this past Saturday. The weather was terrible and couldn’t have rained any harder. I’m so grateful to the people from all over Cross County. I don’t think we have ever sold out that fast. Once again, my family and friends came through like champions. We will try to do it again. See ya down the road. ❤️🐷😊

Big, big time in Cherry Valley last night. Hogapalooza was honored to prepare the meal for the Thunderbirds state championship celebration. A huge crowd turned out for the festivities. State championship rings were presented as well. Very cool.

This past weekend was epic. We were back in Fayetteville for the NCAA Track and Field Indoor National Championship. Two full days of track and two full days of catering. The Razorback men’s team did not disappoint. They took home the national championship in Head Coach Doug Case’s first season as head coach. A lot of fun being a small part of this event.

We fed everyone associated with the NCAA. This consisted of lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday. A different menu was provided for each meal. A little challenging, but we pulled it off. In total, we served over 800 meals throughout the weekend. A huge thank you to Gary & Sharon Countz, Mike Hamrick, Kenneth Melton, William Monroe, and the boss, my wife LeAnn. Also, much thanks to Coach Doug Case and his assistant Danny Green. Truly appreciate the opportunity. Go Hogs !

The 2026 Razorback Invitational Track & Field Meet did not disappoint. As usual, the Razorback men’s and women’s team dominated the event. We served up some great bbq for all participants. A lot of big time track programs were represented at this event. Just to name a few, LSU, Oregon, Oklahoma State, Texas, Texas Tech, Kentucky, Florida State, Miami, and Michigan were there to compete. Much thanks to Coach Doug Case for having us come up. Probably the coldest event I’ve ever done. The temperature was 5 degrees when we started cooking. My team was number one as well. Thanks to them too. See ya down the road. Go Hogs !🐗🐗🐗

It’s been a crazy winter for Hogapalooza. Just now getting a little break. We’ve been running hard.

We just finished up our seventh whole hog dinner at Stan Jones Mallard Lodge, in Alicia, Arkansas. An amazing place for sure. On one of our last visits, Jep & Jessica Robertson were some of the guests. Jep is the youngest brother of the Duck Dynasty Robertson’s. Had a big time visiting with them and serving some awesome bbq. Great people !

Much thanks to Stan Jones for having us back at the lodge this past Duck season. 🐗🦆🐗🦆🐗🦆

This past Saturday, we had the privilege of catering an unprecedented event. The inaugural football matchup between Arkansas State and Arkansas certainly lived up to expectations. I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to Amanda McDaniel and the entire ASU Alumni Association for entrusting Hogapalooza with the responsibility of executing this event. The ASU tailgate was hosted at the Little Rock Zoo. Initially, we booked the event for 1500 attendees, but ultimately served close to 2000, setting a new record for our organization. This achievement is truly remarkable. Hogapalooza provided an impressive array of culinary offerings, including 96 whole Boston butts, 1475 jumbo chicken wings, 20 gallons of coleslaw, 10 gallons of BBQ sauce, complemented by chips and bottled water for all attendees. The pièce de résistance was a smoked, 141-pound whole hog, which garnered significant attention upon its presentation. The event drew an impressive crowd of over 3000 people to the zoo tailgate party. The weather was exceptionally favorable for September in Arkansas. War Memorial Stadium was sold out, creating an electric atmosphere reminiscent of numerous games I attended with my family in the past. The day was filled with nostalgia and reunions with old friends, making it truly unforgettable. I must express my heartfelt appreciation for the incredible team of friends and family who contributed to the success of this event. Their tireless efforts and dedication were instrumental in ensuring the smooth ex*****on of the event. I would also like to acknowledge my mother's invaluable contribution, as she prepared coleslaw at our residence earlier in the week. I am deeply grateful for her support. ❤️.
All in all, I couldn’t have gone any better. VERY sore however. Haha
See ya down the road !!!!!!
