We are so grateful for every inquiry, conversation, consultation, and opportunity to be part of your special events! 🩷

As our calendar continues to fill, we want to remind all current and potential clients:

Your date is NOT secured until your required deposit has been paid.

A verbal commitment, text message, email conversation, consultation, proposal — or even a signed contract — does not hold or reserve your date without the required deposit.

This applies to ALL services, including:

• Day-of Wedding Coordination
• Event Decorating
• Bartending Services
• Event Staffing
• Event Planning & Coordination
• Specialty Event Services

We completely understand that sometimes you need a little time to make decisions. However, until your deposit is received, your requested date remains available to other clients.

Unfortunately, we cannot hold dates based on conversations or intentions to book.

Deposit received = Date secured. 🗓️🔒

This policy allows us to be fair and consistent with every client while protecting the limited number of events we can accept.
