Its a wrap. Season 2025 was busy and fun. 6 weeks flew by before I knew it! I certainly could not have done it without my right arm, Deb, who whips up the many menu items; and my husband, Mark Ellison who kept the trucks and trailers in top condition! The good Lord kept us safe on the road trip and blessed us with a safe and prosperous season.

Its been a wonderful season in Wyoming and Montana! I'm mixed with emotions of being sad that it's almost over, yet happy to be heading back to Mark Ellison and my dogs. I'm currently set up at the Crow Fair in Montana for another week. It feels like I've truly gone back in time here amongst the hundreds of teepees!

Hello Wyoming People! Incredible Edibles Catering will be in Riverton for their Carnival starting Wed., July 9. I have expanded my menu to include flavored ice tea! Do you have a favorite one that I should carry, or one that hasn't hit your area yet? Let me know, and I will bring with me! Looking forward to seeing everyone! Meet the newest addition, the Po' Boy with beer battered Cod and shrimp on French bread, smothered in bang bang sauce!
