📢 IMPORTANT BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY 📅

I just want to clarify my booking policy so there is no confusion and everything can remain fair and organized for everyone.

If we have discussed your event, you requested a specific date, and NO deposit has been made, your date is NOT booked or reserved. Your requested date will remain available for other clients to book.

📌 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of your total is required at the time of booking to secure and reserve your date. No deposit = no reservation.

The remaining balance is due 1 WEEK before your event date. There are NO exceptions to this policy.

If you are only reaching out to get pricing or are still shopping around, PLEASE let me know that upfront. There is absolutely nothing wrong with comparing prices, but please be clear so we can both save time. My time is very valuable and my schedule is extremely busy, so I need to prioritize confirmed bookings.

📅 PLEASE BOOK 1–2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE whenever possible so there is enough time to properly plan, order materials, create custom items, and prepare for your event.

🚨 LAST-MINUTE/RUSH BOOKINGS: Any event booked on short notice or with less than the recommended planning time will require FULL PAYMENT at the time of booking.

Please understand that dates are reserved ONLY when the required deposit is received. Verbal conversations, inquiries, quotes, or requested dates do not hold a date.

A Little Business Reminder 🤍✨

I want to take a moment to respectfully clarify a few things regarding how I run my business. This is not meant to offend anyone—just to make sure expectations are clear for both myself and my clients. 🤍

🎈 Client Materials & Balloons:
I do not work with client-provided balloons or materials, and I will not be doing only a portion or “some of” an event setup. I’ve learned that this can create too much confusion, hassle, and room for things to become unorganized. For that reason, I prefer to handle the setups I accept from beginning to end.

✨ Grab & Go Option:
If you already have someone handling your setup or only need balloons, I do offer Grab & Go balloon garlands as an option!

💰 PLEASE BE DEPOSIT READY:
Before reaching out, please make sure you have an idea of your budget and understand that the design you’re requesting needs to match that budget. It is completely okay if something is outside of your budget—there is absolutely no judgment in that! ❤️

However, please understand that when I give you a price, that price is based on what you are asking me to create. Please don’t compare my price to another decorator and tell me that someone else gave you a different price. 😊

Every decorator has different materials, suppliers, quality, experience, creativity, overhead, time, and business expenses. Their price is their price, and mine is mine. 🤍

What you see as “just a balloon garland” or “just a small setup” can actually involve hours and hours of work behind the scenes—researching, shopping, hunting for the right materials, designing, creating, prepping, ironing, steaming, packing, loading, unloading, setting up, breaking down, and dealing with the aftermath.

There is SO much that goes into an event that you don’t always see. ✨

So please, please respect our time, our creativity, our hard work, and our business. We love what we do, and we put a lot of time, energy, money, and heart into bringing your vision to life. ❤️
