One thing I’ll never understand as a wedding DJ 😂

there’s a whole “DO NOT PLAY” section…
comes back completely blank
Cool, no problem 👍
Fast forward to the wedding…
Song comes on for about 3 seconds and I see the bride power-walking toward me like she’s about to cancel my contract mid-song 💀
“Can you change this RIGHT NOW??”
Of course my response is definitely a yes and I frantically try to find a song that I know she will love, but.........
Ma’am… respectfully… this could’ve been handled weeks ago in the app 😭
