Tonight was incredibly difficult. Saying goodbye to my longest standing trivia show was harder than I thought it would be. I made it to the car before I lost my s**t. Thank you to all my players, regular and irregular, my A1's from Day One that followed me wherever I went, to all my new people. Thank you all. If it wasn't for you and your Stockholm Syndrome, I wouldn't be a fraction of the trivia host I am. This isn't really good bye, more, See you later. Please continue to support the great locations in my absence, and I'll see you down the road.

Time to make the official announcement.

As of the end of this upcoming week, I will no longer be hosting trivia or any other events, for the time being. I have been hired as the voice of evening bingo at Foxwoods, and the hours do not allow me to keep my current schedule. Hopefully this is somewhat temporary and I will be able to come back, as well as resume my fundraising, but for now, this is something I need to do to keep paying my bills, as being a full time events host isn't possible right now, too many places go with the cheap, no personality versions of trivia to save a few bucks, not realizing that spending that money on someone like me is going to double or more your business on those nights. I don't care if that makes me sound conceited, the truth is the truth. Too many events just being thrown together with someone with no passion or personality. Such is the world. Thank you all for the last 9 years of events and fun, I will be back, just not sure when. Please continue to go support LONGSHOTS SPORTS CAFE Triple B and Taylor Brooke Brewery on the normal nights!

As you know I'm working on Fundraising my way out of my 40s. My very first group I'm helping is the Norwich/Griswold Special Olympics bowling team! Hello all! Hope you all had a Merry Christmas, and I look forward to seeing you all again soon in the new year. I am making this announcement now, because I am trying to get a head start on promotion.

I have set myself a lofty goal this year. You all know me as the As***le, you guys still seem to like me despite how many awful things I say about you! Well, this As***le has something that brings him great joy, and for once it's not trying to make all of you super smart people feel stupid!

I love raising funds for kids.
Schools, after school programs, sports teams, if it benefits kids, or alternately animals...

I AM IN.

So, this year, the last of my 40s (I'll be 49 on Jan 12th) I want to raise a SH*TLOAD of money.

ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS.
Yes, you read that correctly. From 1/12/2026 to 1/12/2027 I have a goal to help raise one hundred thousand dollars. So, if you are a teacher, if your kids play travel sports, if you're involved with Special Olympics or have a family member who is, if you work for a non profit working with kids, animals, or the disabled, GET IN TOUCH WITH ME.

I WANT TO HELP YOU RAISE MONEY.
AND IT WONT COST YOU A DIME.

That's right. I will DONATE my time to fundraising that I find rewarding, as long as I can fit it in my schedule.

I want to thank all my players for the time and effort they have put in this year. I really love what I do, and I'm happy to be able to bring you guys a few hours of entertainment each week. Id also like to thank Seven Hills Foundation for having me run their team building events, it's been a great time and I've met so many fantastic people that touch so many lives on a daily basis! As most of you know, today was my last day hosting for a few weeks, I have knee replacement surgery scheduled for 11/19, I hope to be back hosting in a few short weeks. In my absence, please continue to support our locations, LONGSHOTS SPORTS CAFE Triple B and Taylor Brooke Brewery
