✨15 Years✨ of “Playing With Flowers”

As I sit here reflecting about what these past 15 years of business have meant to me, I’m filled with gratitude that I actually get to keep living out this humble little dream.

I am so very thankful for not only our wonderful couples; the patience + support of my family, friends & community of local vendors…but for all the good + the bad that’s come along with this endlessly messy and beautifully rewarding floristry craft.

It has been 15 seasons of work: real honest hard work behind the scenes to make these custom weddings happen…the literal blood, sweat + tears, bandaids + bruises, green finger nails + swollen hands, deep breaths + “It’s fine I’m fine everything is fine” pep talks, early mornings + midnights, no sleep + car naps, endless bucket washing + hours of prepping, packing Tetris + room flips, checking + double checking, crossing fingers + pivoting, educating + problem solving and wearing all the other hats that might be needed in between.

There’s also been room for personal growth in learning to get out of my own way trusting in the creative process, lessons in giving myself grace working with such a temporary medium, flexibility, confidence building, laughs, hugs, kind words, happiness, pride, fulfillment and lots + lots of love.

I hope you’ll join me in celebrating this milestone with a cheers to the past, present and next 15 years! 🥂
