It’s opening weekend of SPRING AWAKENING at Woodstock Arts! We still have 2 more weekends left for you to see this electrifying story of youth rebellion set to a rocking soundtrack!

This is the first show in our theatre since we’ve completely revamped our lighting & sound, is one of our most ambitious set designs to date! You don’t want to miss it.

SPRING AWAKENING at WOODSTOCK ARTS opens next Friday, August 14! If you’re into stories about edgy teens and angst, then you’re in luck.

Come and see this ever-relatable story of teenagers rebelling against the outdated rules & conventions of society. Set in 1890s Germany against a banging contemporary rock score, this tale of s*xual discovery, the search for self and youthful longing for understanding has and always will resonate as universal experiences of adolescence.

Set in 1891 Germany, Spring Awakening is an electrifying musical that takes audiences on a journey through the challenges of adolescence to explore the mysteries of attraction, desire, s*x and insecurity set against the backdrop of a contemporary rock score.
